Running wholesale means you are rarely at a desk when an order comes in. DELLI AI works over WhatsApp: you get a message when a new order arrives, accept it with one tap, and can ask about your orders, customers and sales the way you would ask a colleague.

How it works
- Connect your phone. In DELLI AI, choose Connect WhatsApp. Scan the code with your phone, or send the code shown to DELLI's WhatsApp number. The code expires after 10 minutes.
- Get new orders on WhatsApp. Set up a new-order alert and each order arrives as a message: who it's from, what's on it, and a link to open it.
- Tap to act. Every alert has two buttons: Accept, and Further details.
- Ask anything. Message DELLI AI about your orders, customers or sales. It can do the same things as the assistant in your dashboard.
What you can do from WhatsApp
- New order alerts. The customer's name, a short summary of the order, and buttons to accept it or see more.
- Questions about your business. Ask how wholesale is going, which customers have gone quiet, or what's waiting for you.
- Actions. The WhatsApp assistant works through the same tools as the web assistant, within your own permissions.
