DELLI AI fetches your Faire orders, files each one under the shop that placed it, and when you accept, confirms it on Faire and passes it on to your accounting and fulfilment.

How it works

Connect Faire. In the Faire Developer Portal, signed in with your brand account, create an app and copy its Application ID and Application Secret into DELLI AI. Tick Ingest orders from Faire, then approve on Faire's screen.
Bring in your products. Import your Faire products, or link Faire's listings to the products you already have by SKU, so every Faire line matches the right product.
Orders arrive every five minutes. DELLI AI checks Faire for new and updated orders every five minutes. Each one joins the same queue as your email and WhatsApp orders, under the shop that placed it.
You accept, and Faire is confirmed. Accepting an order confirms it on Faire. The invoice and the warehouse order follow from the same approval.

What moves between Faire and DELLI AI

Orders. From Faire to DELLI AI every five minutes while order ingestion is on. Shipping cost and Faire's commission are refreshed on each order as Faire updates them.
Shops. From Faire to DELLI AI. Each shop that orders becomes a customer under its own name, read from its orders.
Products. From Faire to DELLI AI when you choose to import them. Nothing comes in on connect.
Order confirmations. From DELLI AI to Faire, when you accept an order.

Faire never sends the shop's email address. Set a fallback contact address once and warehouses that need an email on every order still get one.

Good to know

You need a Faire brand account and access to the Faire Developer Portal. Only an admin on your DELLI AI account can connect Faire.
Faire allows one live connection per brand. If an old connection still holds it, the DELLI team can clear it for you.
The first fetch after you switch orders on brings in every order Faire holds. You can switch Faire orders off and on later under Settings, Order Ingestion.
Faire counts single units. Set the case size on a product before you link it, or 24 jars arrive as 24 cases.
If you use Mintsoft, Faire's requested ship date goes to Mintsoft as the despatch date. If Faire's app also writes orders into your Shopify store, those copies are skipped so each order arrives once.

Questions

Do I stop selling on Faire?

No. Keep selling on Faire. DELLI AI picks up each order once Faire has taken it and handles the steps after.

Will DELLI AI send anything without asking me?

No. Nothing is confirmed on Faire until you accept the order.

My products are already in DELLI AI. Will Faire create copies?

Not if you link them. Bring in Faire's listings without creating new products, then link each one to yours by SKU. Faire lines then match the products you already have.

Faire also emails me my orders. Will I get each one twice?

You can block the address Faire's emails come from, so those emails stop becoming orders and each order arrives once, from Faire directly.

How much does it cost to try?
