For many brands, Shopify is where products, stock and the warehouse's order list live. Wholesale orders from email, Faire and Ankorstore then get typed into it by hand, and its own wholesale drafts get typed out again. DELLI AI connects to your store both ways: it sends accepted orders and products in, brings store orders and drafts out, keeps edits and cancels in step, and reads your stock.

How it works
- Install the app. Install DELLI AI from the Shopify App Store, pick your brand, and approve on Shopify's screen. There is no key or password to paste.
- Choose the store's job. Tell DELLI AI whether Shopify runs your orders and stock, or only holds your catalogue. Tick Ingest orders from this store only if its orders belong in your wholesale queue.
- Link your products. Import your store's products, or link them to products you already have by SKU. Products the store doesn't have yet can be pushed to it.
- Accept and send. When you accept an order, choose to send it to Shopify as a real order with payment pending, or as a draft to check first.
What moves between Shopify and DELLI AI
- Accepted orders. From DELLI AI to Shopify, when you choose to send them. Each carries its lines, prices, shipping, delivery notes and the buyer's PO number. The buyer is matched to a Shopify customer by email, or added as one.
- Store orders and drafts. From Shopify to DELLI AI while order ingestion is on: draft and real orders from the last 30 days, arriving on their own. Cancelled and fully refunded orders stay out.
- Edits and cancels. Both ways. A cancel in Shopify cancels the order in DELLI AI while it is new or accepted, and edits in Shopify update orders that came from it. A cancel or edit in DELLI AI is sent to Shopify, though a real Shopify order only takes address and note changes.
- Products. Both ways. Import your store's active products, or push yours to the store, where each new one arrives as a draft. You can then put it live or take it off sale.
- Stock. Read from Shopify for each linked product: on hand, available, allocated and in transit.
- Fulfilment and tracking. Read from Shopify, with each shipment's carrier and tracking numbers shown on the order.

Push a selection, or every product not yet in the store. New ones arrive as drafts, prices convert to your store's currency, and nothing goes on sale until you put it live.
Stock where you check orders
Shopify stock shows on the inventory, product and order pages. If a product is also linked to a warehouse or stock system, that system's figure is used.
Good to know
- Your store must sell in a currency DELLI AI supports, or connecting fails. Only an admin on your DELLI AI account can finish the install.
- Shopify works out tax at your store's own rates. If those differ from the VAT rates on your products in DELLI AI, the totals differ.
- A cancel sent to Shopify restocks the order without a refund, and the buyer isn't emailed. Refund a buyer who paid in Shopify.
- A price is pushed only to a product with a single variant. Re-pushing a linked product overwrites its title and description in the store.
- Orders the Faire or Ankorstore app writes into your store are skipped when DELLI AI already takes that marketplace's orders directly, so each order arrives once.
Questions
Will DELLI AI send anything without asking me?
No. An order goes to Shopify only when you accept it and choose to send it, and a product only when you push it.
Will my retail orders turn up as wholesale orders?
Only if you switch order ingestion on for that store. Leave it off for a store whose orders don't belong in your wholesale queue.
Can I check an order in Shopify before it becomes real?
Yes. Send it as a draft. The order page then has a Create order in Shopify button, which can't be undone.
My store only holds my catalogue. Can I still connect it?
Yes. Set it as a catalogue store and DELLI AI never sends orders to it. You can still import and push products and read stock.
