Unleashed integrationSend approved wholesale orders to Unleashed as sales orders
Unleashed is where many wholesale brands keep their stock, products and sales orders. Every purchase order that arrives by email, WhatsApp or a marketplace still has to be keyed into Unleashed as a sales order, line by line. DELLI AI reads the order, matches it to your Unleashed products and customer, and creates the sales order in Unleashed once you approve it.

How it works
- Connect Unleashed. Connect Gmail or Outlook first, then ask DELLI AI to connect Unleashed. You paste in the API ID and API Key from Integration > Unleashed API Access in your Unleashed account.
- Bring in products and customers. DELLI AI imports your sellable Unleashed products and your customers, each linked to its Unleashed record. If you already have products in DELLI AI, it matches them to Unleashed by product code and shows you the matches to approve.
- Orders land in one queue. Purchase orders from email, WhatsApp, Faire, Ankorstore, EDI and portals are read and matched to your linked products and customers.
- You approve, Unleashed gets the sales order. With sales orders switched on, accepting an order creates the sales order in Unleashed as Placed, and Unleashed gives it a number. DELLI AI then reads its status back from Unleashed.
What moves between Unleashed and DELLI AI
- Sales orders. From DELLI AI to Unleashed when you accept an order, with sales orders switched on. Each carries the customer's PO number or the order date as its reference, your chosen warehouse and delivery method, and shipping as a product line.
- Order status. From Unleashed to DELLI AI, so you can see where each sales order has got to.
- Stock. From Unleashed to DELLI AI, for each linked product.
- Products. From Unleashed to DELLI AI when you import them. Sellable products that aren't obsolete come in with their product code, sell price, and pack size as the case size.
- Customers. Both ways. An import brings in each customer's name, main contact's name, email and phone, and their addresses. A customer who exists only in DELLI AI can be created in Unleashed.
- Past invoices. From Unleashed to DELLI AI every night, as past orders, when Unleashed is your source. Invoices and sales orders not yet invoiced both count, and each sale is counted once.

Good to know
- One stock system at a time. You can connect Unleashed, Breww or Notazone, but only one of them. DELLI AI won't connect Unleashed while another is connected.
- Link before you send. A sales order needs every line and the customer linked to Unleashed. If something isn't linked, DELLI AI names the products so you can link them and accept again.
- Shipping is a product line. Unleashed only takes shipping as a product. DELLI AI can create a shipping product with the code SHIPPING for you. Without one, shipping is left off the sales order.
- Your monthly API allowance. Unleashed gives each account a set number of API calls a month, by plan. If it runs out, nothing reaches Unleashed until the next month.
- Accounting connected too. If you also use Xero, QuickBooks or Sage, past orders come from your accounting system by default. You can switch the source to Unleashed.
Questions
Will DELLI AI send anything without asking me?
No. Nothing goes to Unleashed until you approve it.
Does DELLI AI raise invoices in Unleashed?
No. Unleashed gets the sales order. If you also connect Xero, QuickBooks or Sage, the invoice is raised there after you approve the order.
Which warehouse does the sales order use?
The default warehouse and delivery method you pick in DELLI AI's purchase order settings. With no warehouse set, Unleashed uses its own default.
What about customers who buy in another currency?
The sales order is made in the customer's own currency in Unleashed, so check that currency is set on the customer there.
Can I use Unleashed alongside Breww or Notazone?
No. DELLI AI connects one stock system per brand: Unleashed, Breww or Notazone.
