DELLI AI reads purchase orders from email, WhatsApp, Faire, Ankorstore, EDI and portals, and when you approve one it becomes an order in Mintsoft, ready for the warehouse.

How it works

Connect Mintsoft. Connect Gmail or Outlook first, then ask DELLI AI to connect Mintsoft. You sign in with your Mintsoft username and password.
Link your products. Bring in your Mintsoft SKUs, or match them to the products already in DELLI AI by code. Every line on an order needs a link before the order can go to the warehouse.
Set your order defaults. Choose the channel, courier service and warehouse that pre-fill each order. With no courier set, Mintsoft picks one. With no warehouse set, Mintsoft uses its own default.
Approve the order. When you accept an order with "send to Mintsoft" switched on, it becomes an order in Mintsoft.
Follow it through. DELLI AI reads each order's status back from Mintsoft, and your product and inventory pages show Mintsoft's stock.

What moves between Mintsoft and DELLI AI

Orders. DELLI AI to Mintsoft, when you accept. Each line goes as its linked SKU, with the delivery address, the contact name for the label, the delivery date and your chosen channel, courier and warehouse.
Despatch dates. DELLI AI to Mintsoft. A Faire order sends Faire's requested ship date as Mintsoft's Required Despatch Date. Switch on despatch on delivery date and other orders send their delivery date there too.
Courier labels and documents. DELLI AI to Mintsoft. When a marketplace order comes with a courier label, it goes onto the Mintsoft order. You can also upload documents to a Mintsoft order from the order page.
Order status. Mintsoft to DELLI AI, shown on the order.
Stock. Mintsoft to DELLI AI, shown on your product and inventory pages.
Products. Mintsoft to DELLI AI, when you bring them in. Nothing comes in on connect.

Good to know

Mintsoft brings in no customers and no invoices. Invoices come from your accounting connection.
Mintsoft's shipping label needs a contact first and last name. DELLI AI asks for them on accept and saves them to the customer, so the next order fills them in.
A product sold by the case goes to Mintsoft as cases at the case price. Link it to the SKU your warehouse picks as a case.
Mintsoft gives no VAT rate, only whether an item is exempt. Check each product's rate in DELLI AI after bringing products in.
No email or phone number goes to Mintsoft with the order.

Questions

Will DELLI AI send anything without asking me?

No. Nothing goes to Mintsoft until you approve the order.

My warehouse holds orders in Pack and Hold. Will they get stuck?

Switch on despatch on delivery date in your purchase order defaults. Each order then sends its delivery date as the date Mintsoft releases it. Faire orders always send Faire's ship date.

Can I use Mintsoft alongside another warehouse?

Yes. Connect Pimento or ShipHero as well and choose where each order ships from before you accept it. A routine can make that choice for you, such as UK orders to one warehouse and EU orders to another.

What happens if I change my Mintsoft password?

DELLI AI stops reaching Mintsoft until you reconnect with the same username and the new password. To switch to a different Mintsoft login, disconnect first.

Does Mintsoft send customers or invoices to DELLI AI?

No. Mintsoft sends products, stock and order status. Customers and invoices live in DELLI AI and your accounting software.
