Send approved trade orders to Breww as confirmed orders
Breww runs the brewery: production, stock, customers and invoices. Trade orders still arrive by email, WhatsApp and marketplaces, and each one has to be keyed into Breww by hand. DELLI AI reads those orders, matches them to your Breww products and customers, and sends them to Breww as confirmed orders once you approve them.
No card needed. Setup takes about 5 minutes.
How it works
- Connect Breww. Connect Gmail or Outlook first, then ask DELLI AI to connect Breww. You sign in to Breww and approve the connection. There's no form to fill in.
- Check your delivery rules. Breww works out delivery from your own delivery rules, so automatic delivery scheduling must be on before the first order.
- Bring in products and customers. DELLI AI imports the products Breww can sell and your customers, each linked to its Breww record. Products you already have in DELLI AI are matched to Breww by code, and you approve the links.
- You approve, Breww gets the order. The order lands in Breww as confirmed, with the customer's PO number, the day you accepted it as the order date, the delivery address and the delivery notes.
- Follow it through. DELLI AI reads the order's status back from Breww. Once Breww invoices the order, DELLI AI shows the link to that invoice.
What moves between Breww and DELLI AI
- Orders. From DELLI AI to Breww when you accept with "send to Breww" on. Breww charges each line its product's own tax rate, and delivery goes as a delivery charge.
- Order status and invoice link. From Breww to DELLI AI. The invoice link is Breww's own share link, with online payment if your brewery takes it.
- Stock. From Breww to DELLI AI: the in-stock figure for each linked product, for the whole brewery rather than per site.
- Products. From Breww to DELLI AI when you import them. Sellable products that aren't obsolete come in with their code, price and Breww tax rate, sold singly.
- Customers. Both ways. An import brings in the name, delivery and billing addresses, the first contact's name, email and phone, and Breww tags as customer tags. A customer Breww doesn't have yet can be created in Breww from DELLI AI.
- Past invoices. From Breww to DELLI AI, as past orders, so each customer comes with an order history.
Why brewers connect Breww
No more keying trade orders
An approved order lands in Breww as a confirmed order against the right customer and products, without anyone typing it in.
Every channel, one queue
Email, WhatsApp, Faire, Ankorstore, EDI and portal orders are checked the same way before any of them reach Breww.
Plain fixes when Breww says no
If Breww rejects an address, DELLI AI tells you which address to fix and, for a delivery address, which field, and explains missing delivery rules in plain terms.
Invoices one click away
Each order invoiced in Breww shows the link to its invoice in DELLI AI.
Good to know
- Turn on automatic delivery scheduling. In Breww, go to Settings > Delivery settings > Delivery rules. Scheduling must be on and every rule must end in a delivery type. Without it, Breww can't take an order from DELLI AI.
- A case is its own product. Link a product you sell by the case to Breww's case product, and a product you sell singly to Breww's single. The wrong link puts quantities out by the case size.
- Unit prices must divide evenly. Breww refuses a unit price with too many decimals, such as £25 across a case of 12. Fix the price on the order and accept again.
- Contact details stay in Breww. Breww doesn't let DELLI AI write contacts, so a customer created from DELLI AI goes without email or phone. It needs a Breww customer type and a delivery and billing address, each with a country.
- One stock system at a time. You can connect Breww, Unleashed or Notazone, but only one of them.
Questions
Will DELLI AI send anything without asking me?
No. Nothing goes to Breww until you approve it.
Why would Breww refuse an order?
Usually one of four things: no automatic delivery scheduling, a delivery address with a missing country or bad postcode, no default billing address on the customer in Breww, or a unit price that doesn't divide evenly.
Does stock show per site?
No. DELLI AI shows Breww's in-stock figure for the whole brewery.
How much history can I bring in?
A month at a time. Breww allows 5,000 API requests a day and each invoice uses more than one, so short ranges keep within it.
What if the connection stops working?
Reconnect from the connection's page in DELLI AI. If it has been broken for more than 30 days, you approve DELLI AI in Breww again.
