Ankorstore puts your products in front of independent shops across Europe. Each order then needs checking, invoicing and sending to your warehouse, often in euros, beside the orders that come in by email and from Faire. DELLI AI receives your Ankorstore orders the moment they are placed, files each under the shop that placed it, and when you accept, confirms it on Ankorstore and passes it on to your accounting and fulfilment.

How it works
- Create a private app and connect. In your Ankorstore account, go to Integrations, then Private Apps. Create an app and paste its Client ID and Client Secret into DELLI AI.
- Past orders come in once. Straight after you connect, DELLI AI catches up on every order placed before, and each keeps its real order date.
- New orders arrive as they are placed. Ankorstore tells DELLI AI the moment a shop orders. The order joins the same queue as your email, WhatsApp and Faire orders.
- You accept, and Ankorstore is confirmed. Accepting an order confirms it on Ankorstore. The invoice and the warehouse order follow from the same approval.
What moves between Ankorstore and DELLI AI
- New orders. From Ankorstore to DELLI AI as soon as a shop places them. There is no switch to turn on.
- Past orders. From Ankorstore to DELLI AI once, right after you connect.
- Shops. Each shop becomes a customer when it first orders, named by its billing company name.
- Products. From Ankorstore to DELLI AI when you choose to import them. Nothing comes in on connect.
- Order confirmations. From DELLI AI to Ankorstore, when you accept an order.

Good to know
- Ankorstore does not share its list of shops, so a shop appears as a customer when it first orders. A shop that also orders direct may show up twice, once by trading name and once by company name.
- The catch-up adds every past order on the day you connect, each with its real order date. Sort by received date to see your latest orders.
- Ankorstore counts single units. Set the case size on a product before you link it, or quantities come in out by the case size.
- If the private app is deleted in Ankorstore, orders stop arriving. Reconnect with a new private app. If you disconnect Ankorstore, any orders its app writes into Shopify come in from Shopify instead.

Do I stop selling on Ankorstore?
No. Keep selling on Ankorstore. DELLI AI picks up each order once Ankorstore has taken it and handles the steps after.
Will DELLI AI send anything without asking me?
No. Nothing is confirmed on Ankorstore until you accept the order.
Do I need to switch Ankorstore orders on?
No. Once you connect, every new Ankorstore order arrives on its own, and your past orders are brought in once.
My products are already in DELLI AI. Will Ankorstore create copies?
Not if you link them. Bring in Ankorstore's listings without creating new products, then link each one to yours by SKU.
